I will post a full tutorial later.
but for now If you need to speak to Oziach type ::edge, If you need to fight dragon type ::elvarg after killing go to ::varrock and run South-West to guild and complete quest. The duke is found at lumbridge castle upstairs.
I will be developing quests later so when I do I will have a FAQ and Tutorials up on here Thanks for reading

u had a mistake , to get to elvrag u need to type ::elvrag not ::elzrag
